Riccardo Paterni facilitates a new team building session at Autopromotec

As part of the undergoing process of organizational change and succession at the leadership that Riccarado is facilitating at Autopromotec, Riccardo facilitated a new team building session involving the entire organization. 

It was very fruitful to continue to focus on organizational identity after the first team building at the beginning of December 2025. Different perspectives were engaged in synergy to the service of shaping the present and future of the organization. 

The activities throughout the day were carried out in an engaging entertaining way while addressing key complex topics; all this driven by a key motto: "focus on important relevant serious projects yet in order to be effective and efficient never take oneself too seriously...".
