Riccardo, together with his business partner and MindUP Enhancement Psychology ® co-founder Lorenzo Baldassarri and senior trainers Andrea Giammaria and Michele Marconi, has led a conference on the topic of integrated mental training within the Gran Fondo Terre dei Varano cycling event; an international event that has involved athletes from all over Italy and several counties.
