Riccardo leads a the 'Team Building' Module of the University of Pisa and Enel Green Power Master in 'Commissioning Management of Renewable Power Plants'

The University of Pisa has developed with Enel Green Power a Master on the subject of 'Commissioning Management of Renewable Power Plants' (coordinated by QUINN consortium). The participants are Enel Green Power professionals coming from several nations ready to operate globally. The module has been focusing on tools and experiences to maximise the expression of the diverse team potential within contexts featuring complex dynamics. It has truly been a great experience for Riccardo: working with people committed to change for organisational and individual progress is always quite engaging and energising.
