Riccardo Paterni leads a training path to safety improvement driven by awareness, communication and leadership at Sofidel Spain SL

Safety is the objective number one for Sofidel Group and in order to keep improving safety targets across the entire organization (spreading across Europe and United States) Riccardo has been developing and leading training programs focusing on awareness, communication and leadership that involve several levels of management directly relating to operations in several areas. The path relates totally to concrete actions and contexts of day to day activities. 

The focus relates to involving all areas and levels of the organization in synergic daily actions set to empower at best the high level of expertise and talent present across the organization for the common purpose of safety, a purpose set to synergise well in its practices with ever more challenging quality and productivity targets as well.
