Riccardo has become board member of the Automotive Women Association together with the two founders: Monica Zanetti and Laura Tancredi and the other board members: Francesca Paoli, Francesca Cassone, Anna Mangione, Barbara Boni. The association is committed to inspire and make happen women professional growth paths in automotive, motorsport and related technology fields.
