New Members and active B2B networking 

After introducing the new network members (HRS Motorsport and System Electronics), the meeting offered an overview of the activities undertaken in 2025 and the next steps, with a particular focus on networking events (including company visits for B2B development both in Italy and abroad, as per a previously collected survey—you will soon receive information on how to organize visits in early 2026), international trade fairs, and training activities useful for the sustainable growth of networked companies.

Traning and strategic development for sustainable growth 

Updates were shared on collaboration paths in training and research, strategic development initiatives, and opportunities for internationalization and technology transfer. A shared desire emerged to strengthen the network's value through shared projects, relationships with universities, organizations, and technology clusters, along with new spaces for discussion dedicated to business and skills growth by implementing the RPM Academy at the general assembly in spring 2026.
The meeting concluded in a participatory and proactive atmosphere, with a commitment to continue the work already underway and to translate the ideas that emerged into concrete initiatives for 2026.
