Riccardo Paterni co-organize and introduces an event on Neurosciences developing Human Capital

On January 22nd, Riccardo Paterni has co-organized with Synergy Pathways' sister company MindUP Enhancement Psychology ® and its business partner MR Corporate, an event focusing on neurosciences put to the service of developing objectively and scientifically human capital.

Emanuela Caiano from MR Corporate and Dr. Lorenzo Baldassarri (co-founder of MindUP Enhancement Psychology ® with Riccardo) have co presented the event held at the unique settings of a medieval palace in downtown Lucca hosting the Ricci Atelier.

The Atelier settings have been conceptually perfect to point out the featured human development programs labeled 'Stile di Perfomance' (Performance Style) that focus on individual performance to boost also the team and organizational one. Several entrepreneurs, managers and professionals took part and interacted within the event.
