Riccardo has been interviewed by the Automotive Women Association (AWA) (he is a board member) regarding his career relevant to talent development and motorsport. The focus of the interview has also been on the key topic of inclusion with the specific topic of a course for high performance car testers: AWA has selected and sponsored the only two women that took part to this important training path.  (Interview in Italian)
