The current consistent, complex and multifaceted global geopolitical turmoil generates contexts that are quite difficult to understand and relate to for companies of any size: large or small. It is fundamental to have key reference point as inner anchors in order to face at best these times and possibly grow from them (where growth is not simply from a turnover perspective, yet multifaceted, involving the actual growth and progress of people).
