#Honda within #automotive and #motorsport represents an interesting case study of an #organizationalculture traditionally set to not form industry #alliances in terms of research & development or commercial ones.

This kind of mindset arguably proves itself to be quite troubling within motorsport operations ( see enduring struggle with #hybrid #powerunits in #F1 with #McLaren - where the policy has been to not ask for external expertise ) or in the commercial automotive itself that is set for relevant technological and commercial changes...

To note also that #innovation has been a trademark of the company since the times of the legendary founder #SochiroHonda always a strong willed independent visionary; Honda is too stuck in deep roots to project itself effectively towards a rapidly changing present and future ? #fasttrackbook
