Fear does not generate actual leadership

Fear is a factor that pervades the news at the international level, from many perspectives: we are used to listen and watch news that enhance it. Leadership in organizations is often attested by the same dynamics: fear is supposedly considered the easiest and most insticive way  to generate, control and maintain the organization needed to push forward projects.

Yet the kind of leadership that has been proven actually effective, by many field research and studies, is the one recognized from the people (bottom up) and fear is not a factor that even in the short, and much more, in the mid to long term is effective...
